Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Board Certified Behavior Analysts work under the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in their treatment of individuals. This empirically based approach uses observation, functional assessments, data collection and analysis to promote positive behavior change.
In order to help individuals reach their goals, our BCBAs conduct assessments, create plans, and offer a variety of implementation services. These include Discrete Trial Training, Natural Environment Teaching, Functional Communication Training, Pivotal Response Training, and Functional Behavioral Assessments, as well as ongoing data collection and analysis.
The field of Behavior Management promotes positive behavior with programs centered on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and social skills training. Our Behavior Management team consists of supervisors and specialists that utilize one-to-one behavior intervention services, as well as consultations, that are grounded in ABA methodologies.
Behavior Intervention Development Supervisors are responsible for overseeing school based behavior interventions, conducting data driven assessments, designing treatment plans based on assessment findings, on-going treatment plan modifications using data collection results, as well as collaboration with students’ educational teams.
