Our special education instructors, including Resource Specialists, Intervention Specialists, and Resource Room Teachers, also must meet all state credentialing or certification requirements to be employed by TES. Our Behavior Specialists typically have a bachelor’s degree, in conjunction with related experience. On occasion, Behavior Specialists pursuing a bachelor’s degree, who also have several years of experience working with children with exceptional needs, are recruited. Our Behavior Supervisors hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavior, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field and have extensive experience. Supplemental Education Services tutors also must meet state requirements. Tutors typically have a bachelor’s degree and experience working with children with remedial needs. |
