All TES service providers receive on-going supervision and training provided by supervisors who are licensed, credentialed, or certified TES managers.

Most TES supervisors hold at least a master’s degree and full special education or related service credentials and at least five years experience teaching or providing therapy to a variety of age levels and disabilities.

Supervision is frequent and on-going and includes phone calls, direct observation, site visits by the supervisor, review of progress notes and reports, and feedback from parents and school directors or district personnel.
