We work to ensure that all educational programs comply with IDEA 2004, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Education Act of 1990, Title I, and the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as well as local and state special education standards and reporting requirements. Our services include:
Funding Maximization and Grant Writing
We have grant writers on staff to support our school clients in applying for and managing private and publicly funded grants from sources such as IDEA, ARRA, Title I, and local outreach grants, among others.
We work to make the most of our school clients’ special education budget and to determine the state and/or federal funds for which our clients qualify. To accomplish this, we
• Provide estimated monthly special education budgets.
• Monitor monthly invoices to ensure budget goals are met.
• Assist with cost reports as needed.
• Serve as consultants throughout the grant process, including writing, implementation, and monitoring.
Policies and Procedures
We help our school clients establish clear policies and procedures that meet Federal, State, and local school district requirements, keeping them in compliance.
We manage our school clients’ IEP planning and development process, including assistance with the creation of IEP goals and objectives; and with monitoring timelines, IEP meetings, assessments, and student services.
We ensure that our school clients remain compliant with Federal, State and local school district regulations by monitoring and overseeing special education student populations. Services include IDEA and Section 504 eligibility assessments, and assistance with reviews and audits, Student Success Teams, and dispute resolutions.
