We’re seeking energetic and hard-working Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our growing team! The Occupational Therapist will administer occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to determine skills in such areas as fine/gross motor development, sensory-motor integration, sensory modulation, self-care and activities of daily living. Services will be provided in clinic, school or in-home setting. The OT will develop a treatment plan and monitor progress for each child on his/her caseload.
We strongly believe in using a multidisciplinary approach in trainings, treatments, and service delivery, encouraging our therapists to work with our Speech Pathologist, RSP, APE teachers and BCBA among others creating customized solutions and achieving student goals.
Qualified candidates will have an OT or OTA license. Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience and familiarity with IEPs and IFSP, preferred, but not required. This position requires independent clinical judgment, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to work well with coworkers and families of clients. Must be team- and client- focused.
