All of our providers are trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Each behavior program is overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). BCBA’s are highly skilled professionals who oversee our behavior programs to ensure appropriate data collection, program monitoring, training, and assessments.
BCBA’s are qualified to conduct a variety of behavior or skill based assessments. Behavior plans are created with the use of a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Functional Analysis (FA), or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). Individualized treatment plans and goals can also be created utilizing a variety of standardized assessments.
ABA therapy includes many different techniques such as Discrete Trial Training, Natural Environment Teaching, and Functional Communication Training. Services are administered at home, school, and/or clinical based settings to support clients in a group environment or 1:1 therapy with one of our trained ABA providers.
In order to achieve the most effective and efficient results, our BCBA’s encourage and strive for a collaborative approach with all our behavior services. Together with parents, caregivers, school staff, and other therapists, our ABA providers take a team approach to each therapy session and plan to ensure the highest quality of services for each client.
