Speech and Language Therapy

TES provides Speech and Language Pathology services to clients of all ages with language and speech disorders.

OUR PROVIDERS

Our highly trained, licensed Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) meet one-on-one and in small groups, in-person and online, with clients of all ages to address delays in articulation, language expression, understanding, literacy, feeding, phonology, voice, fluency and social pragmatics.

ASSESSMENT

Utilizing a variety of formal and informal assessment tools, SLPs diagnose children who present with a variety of disabilities and diagnosis including children with articulation and language delays, those born with structural abnormalities such as cleft lip and/or cleft palate, children who have been diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and other chromosomal abnormalities, children with hearing difficulties and other children and adults who struggle to find success through communication at home or in school.

DIRECT SERVICES

Our therapists are trained to address the needs of the client by creating measurable and attainable goals. Therapists help clients to meet these goals by using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are chosen to keep the client’s interest and to facilitate meaningful communication in both social and academic settings.

TEAM APPROACH

Together with parents and caregivers, school administrators, teachers and other therapists, SLPs and SLPAs work collaboratively to ensure that clients of all abilities continue to improve and are able to utilize functional communication skills within their community to have their wants and needs understood.
